Philosophy on teacher licensing:
A validation of possessing the knowledge, skills and professionalism/performance which all effective teachers should have in order to deliver a first class world education to all students in Hawaii.

Goals as an HTSB Board member:
To lead all teachers in the State of Hawaii towards licensure in order to develop effective learners and leaders in our students.
