The Hawaii Teacher Standards Board (HTSB) Chairperson, Terry Holck states “The NBPTS process is considered to be the highest symbol of professional teaching excellence. HTSB is proud to provide subsidies and support sessions to Hawai'i’s teachers who elect to go through this rigorous process.  HTSB commends these teachers for their dedication and commitment in attaining National Board certification, and is honored to have these outstanding teachers working with the students of Hawai'i.”
