The Hawaii Teacher Standards Board administers the National Board's federal subsidy program when funding is available.  The application deadline is September 15 of every year.  Application forms may be downloaded from this website starting in July or August every year. 

If additional funds become available, retake subsidy applications are posted in November and are due by December 18. This year the deadline has been extended to January 15.
