HEADLINES

NOTE:  Your current email address is vital to HTSB.  If your email address is not updated, you will not receive notices about your license renewal, fees, or receive the HTSB monthly newsletter.

To check what email address we have on file, login to your online account on the HTSB website.  Click on the “Licensee Information” tab, scroll down to the “email” box and check your email address, where you can enter your current email address if it needs to be updated.  You must click the orange “update” button for the change to take effect.

If you are a Hawaii DOE teacher using Lotus Notes, your email address should follow this format: ima_teacher@notes.k12.hi.us not ima_teacher/Palolo/hidoe@notes.k12.hi.us.  The second example is the internal DOE format which will not allow your email to be delivered to HTSB.  If you use other email programs, you do not have to worry about this Lotus Notes format issue.
